Functional exercise for peptic ulcer

(1) Patients with peptic ulcer choose appropriate sports according to their age, constitution, condition and interest. The third route: walk back and forth 1000m respectively, of which 5 to 15 degrees hill in 200m, finish walking 1000m within 15-18 minutes, rest 5 minutes, then, return at the original speed.
