Dr. Zhou

Qualifications:

Dr. Zhou graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine (1992-1997) and Master’s degree in Acupuncture (1998-2001) from the Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Experience:

Dr. Zhou has 20 years of experience as a practitioner of Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Between earning his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, he has worked as acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist at the Anhui Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he resumed his post in 2001 after graduating with the Master’s degree.

Academic Work:

Dr. Zhou is one of the main lecturers at the acupuncture school of TCM WINDOW. He teaches the Chinese Herbal Materia Medica and Prescription Diploma. The course is open only to qualified and accredited medical doctors and healthcare professionals.

Clinical Specialties:

Dr. Zhou specialises in the areas of urinary system diseases and treats conditions such as urinary stones, gall-stone, kidney stone, chronic renal failure, renal cyst, CKD; gynaecology (women’s health) e.g. irregular menstruation; male and female infertility; dermatology (skin conditions) such as eczema, acne and psoriasis allergies including hay fever, bell’s palsy, stroke and complicated chronic conditions (internal medicine) which currently Western medicine finds difficult to treat.
