You can soak a tampon in yogurt for a while and then put it in the vagina for about two hours.

Put a forth cup of raw apple cider vinegar in you bath water to control and cure bacterial vaginal infections. The vinegar is mildly acidic creating an inhospitable environment for infectious microbes.
