Dosage and administration
Decoct 9~12 g. Use the raw product when clearing damp-heat and use with Lian Zi Xin for the effect of clearing away the heart-fire and inducing tranquilization.

Cations
It is contraindicated for protracted dysentery with deficiency-cold.
