Actions & Indications:
Use externally to kill parasites; for ringworms, boils and syphilis.
take internally to promote urination and bowel movements. Usually use with other water-removing herbs in difficulty in urination and defecation.
Chemical ingredients:
Mercury chloride (Hg2Cl2 or HgCl)
Dosage:
0.1 to 0.2 g taken in pills or powder form. Use appropriate amount for external application.
Cautions:
Do not overdose and not for long term use. After taking this herb, rinse the mouth immediately to prevent injury to the mouth. Not to be used in case of pregnancy.
