Sweet, fishy smell. astringent.

Heart, liver, lung, kidney.
 
Medical functions:
Its function is similar to she xiang. A small amount can excite the central nervous system; and large amount can inhibit CNS. and have the effect of dropping blood pressure.
 
Actions & Indications:
Phlegm and asthma; promoting circulation and resolving tumors, promoting urination, for treatment of cough; Pleural Effusion, chest tightness, lump or tumor in abdomen; chest and abdomen pain, coma; stranguria
