6 O'CLOCK: Move your hands to the 6 o'clock position with your palms facing towards each other about 12 inches apart – like you are holding a basketball. 3/9 O'CLOCK: Move your hands up to the 3 & 9 o'clock positions, respectively, with your left palm facing downward toward the ground and turn your right palm up to face the sky. Imagine that the ball that you were holding splits into two and you are now holding one large ball under your left hand and another large ball above your right hand. Inhale and feel the Qi flow into the space within each of the balls, exhale and feel the Qi press up against your left palm and down against your right palm. 2/10 O'CLOCK: Move your hands up to the 2 & 10 o'clock positions, respectively, with your palms facing upward toward the sky. Imagine that the two balls recombine and you are holding an even larger ball between them – inhale and feel the Qi flow into the space within the ball, exhale and feel the Qi press against your palms balancing and creating Qi between you and the Heavens.

1/11 O'CLOCK: Move your hands up to the 1 & 11 o'clock positions, respectively, with your palms facing upward toward the sky. Imagine that you compress the ball making it a bit smaller – but more dense. Inhale and feel the Qi flow into the space within the ball, exhale and feel the Qi press against your palms balancing and creating more Qi between you and the Heavens.

12 O'CLOCK: Move your hands up to the 12 o'clock positions, respectively, with your palms facing upward toward the sky. Imagine that you compress the ball making it the size of a basketball and more dense. Inhale and feel the Qi flow into the space within the ball, exhale and feel the Qi press against your palms balancing and creating more Qi between you and the Heavens.
