Hyperplasia of the prostate gland and prostatitis are two major diseases of this gland. Male patients with hyperplasia of the prostate gland may suffer from dysuria, frequent urination at night, incomplete urination, fine urine streams, and auria and retention of urine accompanied by soreness and pain in waist and weakness of limbs. Dysuria and incomplete urination in middle- aged and older women may also be treated by the following methods.

The foot massage is applied for 10 minutes and a good effect can be obtained after a treatment for 3 days, with a reduction of urination frequency and an increase of urine discharge.
