This point is also known as the Spirit Gate, and it is located on the inner side of the wrist crease, in line with the little finger. It also relieves cardiac pain, palpitations, chest pain, Epilepsy, and irritability.

This point can be activated by placing the thumb of the right hand on the wrist crease of the left hand and pressing the hollow in the crease for one minute and then switching sides.
