1 # Milk, Licorice (Ashwagandha powder) and Honey Remedy for Fatigue:
How to:
Take a glass of hot milk
Add about 1 teaspoon of licorice powder or Ashwagandha powder
Add about 2 teaspoons of honey
Mix it well
Drink this milk twice a day
This is a very effective energy tonic

2 # Indian Gooseberries (Amla) Home Remedies for Fatigue:
How to:
Take about 4 to 5 Indian gooseberries also known as Amla
De-seed and mash the gooseberries
Add them to about 300 ml of boiling water
And allow it boil these for about 20 minutes
Let it cool down, strain the liquid before drinking it
Drink this three times a day for effective results
You may also add a little honey for taste

How to:
Take cold water in two bucket
Put your both legs in these buckets in such a way that your legs below knee are submerged in water
