1) Cold Water Therapy:
How to:
Take cold water in two bucket
Put your both legs in these buckets in such a way that your legs below knee are submerged in water
Doing it daily cures fatigue within few days
2) Cardamom, Black Pepper, Ginger and Carom Seeds:
How to:
Take a bowl and add 1 tsp of cardamom powder
Add 1 tsp of black pepper powder
Add 1 tsp of carom seeds powder
Add 1 tsp of ginger seeds powder
Mix all the ingredients well
Take half tsp of this mixture with water everyday followed by lunch and dinner
3) Walnuts:
Walnuts are very good for physical and mental fatigue. Eating 30 grams of walnuts daily is very good to get rid of fatigue quickly.
