Drink lots of fluids. If there is an infection in your kidneys or urinary tract, fluids can help wash the infection. Even if you are not particularly thirsty, it is important to drink plenty of water in your condition. If the cause of blood in urine is UTI, this can help treat it.
Roast half a teaspoon of cumin seeds in a teaspoon of oil and add the entire contents into a cup of milk. Drink this twice-once in the morning and once before going to bed.
Clean and boil about 15 grams of aloe vera leaves in 30 grams of sugar and water. Once the water is thickened and gel-like, remove from the heat and drink it. Drink this everyday till the bleeding stops. Once you can no longer see the bleeding, send a sample of your urine to a lab to make sure that it has stopped completely.
Grind two tablespoons of plantain seeds. To a cup of water, add 15 grams of plantain leaves and bring it to a boil. Add the plantain seeds powder to this decoction and drink it everyday.
Drink cranberry juice everyday. This can help treat any urinary tract infections that may be causing the bleeding in your bladder.
