Location
Localized in the erect sitting position or in the supinate position, on the medial aspect of leg, 0.8-0.9 cun below Yinlingquan ( SP9 ). The patient will feel pain when press on the point. (Fig.108)
 
Regional Anatomy
Skin--subcutaneous tissue--semitendinosus muscle--caput mediale musculi gastrocnemii. Superficial layer, the distribution of medial crural cutaneous branches of saphenous nerve, saphenous nerve, and branch of decending genecal artery; deep layer, the distribution of medial inferior genicular artery and vein.
