[Location] Localized in the erect sitting position, and with the elbow flexed, the point is at the midpoint of the line connecting the medial end of the transverse cubital crease and the entepicondyle of the humerus. ( Fig. 8)
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→pronator teres→brachialis. Superficial layer, the medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve and the basilis vein; deep layer, the median nerve, and the anastomotic branch of the ulnar recurrent artery and vein with the inferior  collateral ulnar artery and vein.
