Location:
When the palm is turned up, the acupoint is on the radial side of the tendon of the m. flexor carpiulnaris, 1.5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist (see Fig. 17).

Indications:
High Blood Pressure, Angina pectoris, palpitation, susceptibility to laugh, sorrow and fright, sudden aphonia, aphasia due to stiff tongue and spasmodic pain of the elbow and ann.
