This acupoint is located on the medial side of the shank, on the line joining Taixi (KI 3) and Yingu (KI 10), 5 cun above Taixi (KI 3) and at the lower end of the belly of m. Gastrocnemius (see Fig. 51).
Indications:
Chronic pyelonephritis, viral rhinitis, depressive psychosis, manic psychosis, epilepsy, abdominal pain and distension, vomiting and pain in the medial side of the shank.
