The arm is stretched and the palm is turned over. This acupoint is located 1 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist in the depression on the lateral side of the radial artery (see Fig. 8). Or the point touched by the middle finger of the doctor in feeling pulse is this acupoint.

Indications:
