[Location] With the lateral wrists towards each other on the palmar aspect, and the forearm extended, on the radial side of the dorsal crease of the wrist, when the thumb is pointed upwards, it is in the depression between the tendons of m. extensor pollicis longus and the tendons of m. extensor pollicis brevis. [Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→between the tendons of the extensor pollicis brevis and extensor pollicis longus→the front of the extensor carpi radialis longus tendon. Superficial layer, the cephalic vein and the superficial ramus of the radial nerve; deep layer, the branches or subordiantial ramus of the radial artery and vein.
