Location:
This acupoint is located on the lateral side of the shank, 8 cun above the tip of external malleolus, lateral to Tiaokou (ST 38) and two finger-breadths (mid-finger) from the anterior crest of the tibia (see Fig. 62).
Indications:
Neurasthenia, Horner Syndrome, vomiting, constipation, edema, headache, vertigo, profuse phlegm and cough, depressive psychosis, manic psychosis, epilepsy, and flaccidity and obstruction syndromes of lower limbs.
