This acupoint is located on the neck, lateral to the Adam's apple, on the anterior border of m. sternocleidomastoideus and at the pulsating point of the common carotid artery (see Fig. 58).
Indications:
Atrial fibrillation, sore throat, asthma, scrofula, goiter and hypertension.
