These are the acupressure points for hand tremor. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.
Waiguan (TE5)
Location: three finger width above wrist crease on the dorsal side.
Benefits: headaches, pain in the cheek, jaw, TMJ problems, deafness, ringing in the ears, sensation of plugged ear, earache, pain behind the ear, pain in the hand, arthritis of the hands, hand tremor, to regulate abnormal heat sensation
Acupuncture Single Point Yanglingquan, GB34
Location: bend you leg. With the tip of your index finger probe the area in front of and below the head of the outer leg bone until you feel a slight dip.
Benefits: muscular atrophy, motor impairment, numbness and pain of the lower extremities, pain and swelling of the knee, pain in the hypochondriac region, bitter taste in the mouth, vomiting, weak muscles and tendons, pain in the body, tendon and muscular pains.
