The writer treats 120 patients with cervical vertigo mainly through needling the three points of cervical, the satisfactory effect is achieved. The 120 out-patients are randomly divided into treatment group (60 patients) and contrast group (60 cases). For the treatment group, the prone position or sitting position is selected, the points are three points of cervical (both Wangu (SI4) Yuan-Primary Point, Fengchi (GB20), Tianzhu (BL 10), both Jia Ji points of C5, C7, both Acupuncture Single Point Jianjing (GB21), one side Quchi (LI 11) He-Sea Point, Hegu (LI 4) Yuan-Source Point, Lieque (LU7) Luo-Connecting Point the Eight Confluent Point, Baihui (GV20).
