For dark neck skin it is best to use a scrub to remove dead cells. You can sprinkle salt on a slice of lemon and rub it well on your neck. Lime is a natural bleach and cleanser. This will lighten skin on your neck. Wear protective clothes or use a sunscreen to prevent discoloration. Discoloration on the neck can be caused due to certain types of jewelry and it is best to avoid ornaments that cause allergy or discoloration.
