1. Eyesight-improving decoction
15g of black bean powder, 15g of walnut kernel, 250ml of milk and 19ml of honey. Grind black beans into powder after the beans are parched until they are done. Parch the walnut kernel until it is slightly burnt. Then remove the covering and pound the kernel to paste. Take out 15g of the above two foods and put them into the boiled milk and add the honey to the milk. Take the prepared medicinal milk in the morning. 2. Eye-nourishing decoction
10g of Gouqizi (Fructus Lycii), 10g of Sangshenzi (Fructus Mori), 10g of Shanyao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae) and 10 Chinese dates. Decoct the ingredients in two different times. Foods with rich vitamin A For instance, yolk, milk, goat's milk, animal liver, green leafy vegetable, and maize. These foods prevent corneal dryness and degeneration.
