Dizziness is the in ability to keep steady and feel nauseous. It is temporary but must be treated. There are some handy herbs that can cure the feeling of dizziness, medically known as vertigo.

Celery
Celery is a very common herb that is used in Chinese cooking but it has also been used by the Chinese to treat and cure dizziness. You can take celery seeds directly or add celery leaves to salads. Make sure that you intake a bit of celery in some form or the other daily. As time passes by you’ll notice an improvement in you vertigo susceptibility.

Ginkgo
Ginkgo biloba is the oldest tree species. Leaves of ginkgo are a natural supplement to improve cognitive abilities and help prevent dizziness and motion sickness.

Ginger

Skullcap

Phyllathus Emblica
Phyllanthus emblica is popularly known as amla. It can be used to treat vertigo effectively. Soak a teaspoon of dried amla powder along with a teaspoon of coriander seeds in a glass of water overnight.Strain this mixture in the morning and consume it. Make sure you follow this regularly for atleast two weeks to improve your susceptibility to dizziness and nausea.

Chamomile
Scientifically known as Matricaria recutita, chamomile is an excellent tea choice to help you to relax and stop dizziness. Prepare the tea by boiling water and adding 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers to it. Strain the tea and consume. Have atleast ? cup daily for good results.

Pumpkin
Pumpkin is a member of the squash family. Pumpkin seeds or oil extracted from the seeds have shown good results when taken to stop dizzy feelings. Have a handful of the seeds or take a tincture of the oil extract whenever you feel light headed.
