20. So Da Yao (Essentials) told us: We should know the relationship between pathogenesis and various syndromes, inquire into evil and non-evil, and study carefully on sthenic syndrome and deficiency syndrome. This means analyzing which qi is more nourishing, and then promote the flow of qi and
blood to make it harmonious and mild.
