INGREDIENTS
Purple-skin garlic, Bulbus Allii (with no skin), 30g
Polished round-grained rice, Semen Oryzae Sativae, 100g
PROCESS: Put the garlic in boiling water, boil them for one minute and fish them out; then put the rice into the water which was used to boil the garlic and cook the rice into thin gruel; finally put the boiled garlic into the thin gruel, mix them well and cook the mixture into gruel.
