1) Lotus leaf (Folium Ndumbinis)
Grind 30g of dried lotus leaf for oral administration. It is to be taken twice a day, both in the morning and in the evening, 3g each time. Patients with Seminal Emission marked by the type of hyper-activity of fire due to yin deficiency can take it.
2) Chicken's gizzard-membrance (Endothelium Comeum Gigeriae Galli)
Bake dry clean chicken's gizzard-membrance on a tile and over a slow fire for 30 minutes until it becomes brown. Then grind it into powder and sift the powder out for later use. Mix 3g of the powder with 15 to 20ml of hot yellow rice or millet wine, which is to be taken with warm boiled water, twice a day, both in the morning and in the evening, three days making up one course of treatment. If there is no obvious effect produced, take another course of treatment. It is suitable for tuberculous seminal emission.
