PROCESS: First bake the first sixteen ingredients, which must be clean and without external material, and grind them into powder; then beat the eggs into a container, add in white sugar and stir them in one direction for about half an hour; when they become as white as milk, sieve in flour and the powder of the first sixteen ingredients and mix them well; and then place a wood frame in a food steamer with a layer of rough straw paper on it, pour in the well-mixed egg paste and roll it flat; finally steam it with strong fire and boiling water until the cake is well-done; scatter the sesame seeds on it and cut it into pieces.
