Kuicai, Herba Malvae 200g
Chinese green onion, Bulbus Allii Fistulosi 3
Rice, Semen Oryzae Sativae 150g
Juice of fermented soybean, Semen Sojae Fermenratum (a little)

PROCESS: First decoct the kuicai and sift out the decoction; then put the Chinese green onion and the rice into it to make gruel. When the gruel is done, put in a little thick fermented soybean juice and mix them well.
DIRECTIONS: To be taken before meals.
