1) Lentinus (Lentinus Edodes)
Have 90g of fresh lentinus fried in just the right amount of vegetable oil and a bit of salt, add water to cook soup for eating.  It is applicable to patients with stomach cancer and carcinoma of uterine cervix.

2) Meadow mushroom (Agaricus Campestris)
Have just the right amount of meadow mushroom either decocted in water or boiled for eating -- both will do. Or grind it into powder for oral administration.

3) Peeled water chestnut (Pulpa Trapae)
Have 20 to 30 peeled fresh water chestnuts decocted in just the right amount of water over a low fire until the decoction becomes thick. Take it in two or three portions.  It has a definite curative effect upon stomach cancer and carcinoma of uterine cervix.

4) Oolong tea
Drinking oolong tea consistently has a definite cancer-preventing effect.

5) Royal jelly
Taking it persistently can enhance the immunity of the human body and produce a cancer-preventing effect.

6) Bean sprout (Semen Sojae Germinatum)
The chlorophyll in bean sprouts can prevent rectal cancer and other kinds of cancer.

7) Miscellany Cow milk or goat (sheep) milk is not only rich in various kinds of vitamins, but also contains certain cancer-preventing substances; fresh vegetables such as radish, cabbage, pumpkin, pea, lettuce, etc., all have a certain effect upon offsetting the nitrosamine in food; carrots, spinach, tomato and laver, all are rich in vitamin A and have a certain cancer-preventing effect.
