CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Every 100g of dried mushroom contains 35.6g of protein, 1.4g of fat (mainly fatty acid, linoleic acid), 14g of carbohydrate, 100mg of calcium, 162 mg of phosphorus, 32mg of iron, 0.02mg of vitamin B1, 2.53 mg of vitamun B2, 55.1mg of nicotinic acid, 1mg of vitamin C, and kinds of free amino acid, vitamin A, B6, D, E and K, pantothenic acid, biotin and folic acid.
