INGREDIENTS
Pork kidney 2
Eucommia bark, Cortex Eucommiae (Duzhong) 15g
Walnut kernel, Semen Juglandis 30g
PROCESS: Cut the pork kidneys open, remove the renal calyces and wash them clean; stew the pork kidneys together with eucommia bark and walnut kernels until they are done; remove the eucommia bark and walnut kernels.
DIRECTIONS: Take the pork kidney with a bit of refined salt. It can be taken with bread (or cooked rice).
EFFICACY: Replenishing the kidney, supplementing yang, strengthening the loins and nourishing qi.
INDICATIONS: Pain in the loins, lassitude, intolerance of cold, cold limbs, frequent urine, Sexual Dysfunction, dim vision, Impotence, Nocturnal Emission and other symptoms caused by deficiency of the kidney-qi.
