One of our services is to to do TCM individualized diagnosis for our clients. When we have received your message or health form, a senior TCM doctor will be assigned to take charge of your health issue. From this moment, the doctor will then begin to answer you any question according to the theory of TCM, giving you the expert guidance and suggestions on how treat the disease. During the whole course of the diagogue between you and our doctor, the doctor tries to collect every bit of your health information so as to do a right and perfect diagnosis for you.

It’s our duty to take responsibility for any clients. And it is our rule that a diagnosis cannot not be finished in haste untill all the essential health information of the clients have been fully collected. With all materials gathered, the diagnosis is initially undertaken by the doctor, then submitted to the expert group for further discussion and examination. Finally the diagnostic report is sent to you.

Under normal conditions, a diagnosis is finished within 2 or 3 days. But sometimes it takes 5 days or longer days to be completed. Firstly, it's because of the complexity of a disease, which takes time to analyse comprehensively. Secondly, it's because some of our clients do not send information according to our requirements, we have to spend time on further contact.
