TCM Cherokee rose used especially for wet dream

What is cherokee rose(Rosa Laevigata, Jin Ying Zi)?
Medicinally it mainly refers to the dried ripe fruits of Rosa laevigata Michx., which is a plant in the family Rosaceae. And it is also commonly known as Cherokee Rosehip, Chinese Rosehip, Fructus Rosae Laevigatae, Rosae laevigatae Fructus, golden cherry fruit, Jinyingzi, Rosa laevigata fruit, and so on. In China it is widely distributed in Guangdong, Sichuan, Yunnan, Hubei, Guizhou and other places. Harvest time is from September to October. Before the use, it needs to remove the thorns and pit, and then dry in the sun.

Cherokee rose plant is an evergreen climbing shrub, which can grow to 5 meters high. Glabrous stems are with hooked prickles and bristles. Pinnately compound leaf is with petiole and rachis that have prickles and bristles; stipules are lanceolate, caducous and separated with petiole. Leaflets are leathery, glabrous, shiny, usually 3 but 5 sometimes, elliptic-ovate or lanceolate-ovate, 2.5 to 7cm long, 1.5 to 4.5cm wide, and with acute or acuminate apex, rounded base, and denticulate margin. Flowers solitarily grow on the top of lateral branch. Pedicel and calyx are densely covered with seta outside. Fruit is obovate, 2 to 4cm long, purple brown, and densely covered with seta. Flowering time is from April to June, and fruiting time is from July to November. Habitats are the sunny mountain, the edge of the field, and riverbank bushes with an elevation of 100 to 1600 meters.
