Fructus Lycii (Gouqizi) 6 g,

Cortex Eucommiae (Duzhong) 6 g,
Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi) 4.5 g,
Cortex Cinnamomi (Rougui) 3~6 g.

Explanation
Niu Xi: Activating blood and dredging meridians.

Rou Gui: Reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold, warming meridians and collaterals.

Shu Di, Dang Gui, Gou Qi and Du Zhong: Tonifying the kidney, replenishing essence and tonifying blood.

Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
