Explanation
Shu Di: Tonifying blood, nourishing yin of liver and kidney, supplementing essence.
Ren Shen: Invigorating primordial Qi, strengthening the spleen and stomach.
Wu Wei Zi: Securing essence, replenishing qi and nourishing the kidney.
Rou Cong Rong, Tu Si Zi, Du Zhong: Tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang, securing essence.
Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, and Bai Shao: Nourishing blood and promoting its circulation.
Du Huo: Removing cold-dampness in the lower-Jiao and the joints.
Shan Yao: Tonifying qi, nourishing yin, and tonifying the spleen, lung and kidney.
Qing Mu Xiang: Promoting the flow of qi and alleviating pain, clearing heat and removing toxicity.
Ju Hua: Dispersing wind-heat, subduing liver yang, and removing liver heat to improve vision, clearing lung heat.
Qie Zi: Clearing heat and activating blood, alleviating pain.
Ji Li: Pacifying liver and soothing liver, dispelling wind and improving vision.
Chuan Jiao: Warming middle energizer and alleviating pain.

Administration
All the drugs are pounded into fine powder. The powder is made with honey into pills. 50 pills are taken with glutinous rice soup.
