Chuan Xiong 0.9 g,
Dang Gui 0.9 g,
Gan Cao 1.2 g.
Explanation
Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong: Soothing the liver and tonifying blood.
Xi Xin: Promoting the circulation of blood through the channels to disperse pathogenic cold.
Shi Gao: Removing heat and restlessness.
Gan Jiang: Warming the lung and dispelling cold so as to eliminate retained phlegm and warming up the spleen-Yang to remove dampness.
Gan Cao: Tonifying qi and harmonizing the spleen and stomach, tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.
Fu Zi: Restoring yang from collapse, reinforcing fire and strengthening yang, dispelling cold to alleviate pain.
Shu Jiao: Warming middle energizer and alleviating pain.
Ze Lan: Activating blood, dispelling blood stasis and resolving swelling.
Fang Feng: Dispelling wind-damp and releasing exterior, alleviating pain.
Xin Yi: Dispersing wind-cold, relieving nasal obstruction.
Administration
All the drugs are pounded into fine powder. 2g of the powder is taken with warm wine three times a day.
