Ingredients
Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui) 45 g,
Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo) 45 g,
Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Jianghuang) 45 g,
Bai Shao Yao 45 g,
Zhi Huang Qi 45 g,
Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) 45 g,
Zhi Gan Cao 15 g,
Rhizoma Zingiberis (Shengjiang) 15 g.

Explanation
Dang Gui: Nourishing Yin and blood.

Qiang Huo: Expelling wind-dampness throughout the body and the joints so as to treat arthralgia.

Fang Feng: Inducing diaphoresis to remove dampness and assisting Qiang Huo in relieving exterior syndrome.

Gan Cao: Tempering the actions of all the other ingredients.

Jiang Huang: Activating blood and promoting the flow of qi, dredging meridians to alleviate pain.

Sheng Jiang: Dispersing wind-cold, warming the middle energizer.

Bai Shao: Tonifying blood, astringing yin to check sweating, soothing liver to alleviate pain, calming and suppressing liver yang.

Huang Qi: Invigorating Qi and promoting muscle regeneration.

Administration
