What You Need
__ A tub of warm water
__1/2 cup of Epsom salt
__2 to 3 drops your favorite essential oil
Instructions to make the foot soak
1. Add enough warm water to a footbath tub to ensure that it will cover the feet up to the ankles.
2. Add about half a cup of Epsom salt to the water and a few drops of your favorite essential oils for a nice aroma.
3. Lastly, soak your feet for 30 to 60 minutes.
