Using the thumb; walk from the bladder reflex spread outwards (30 degrees apart gap), like bicycle spokes. Repeat five times. Patients with Cystitis contain crystals in this reflex. Apply pressure on the bladder reflex; help to disperse these crystals. Need to drink more water for safe flush out of these crystals.
