The first step is to locate the adrenal reflex area which is half way between the base of the thumb and the wrist.

Next rest the golf ball between your hands and roll it through the adrenal gland reflex area. Do it several times a day for at least 15-30 seconds. Some people work until the symptoms start to abate.

Note your reaction to the use of the golf. Your hand may become overly sensitized. If this happens give it a rest and work less when you resume.
