1. Press the point Yongquan (KI 1) with the thumb for 2~3 minutes. Frequent massage of this point can effectively relieve symptoms such as mental stress and insomnia caused by high blood pressure.
2. Press the point Taichong (LR 3) with your thumb for 2 to 3 minutes. This can regulate various diseases caused by imbalance of blood. Frequent massage of Tai Chong points can soothe the liver qi, relieve the symptoms of high blood pressure caused by hyperactivity of liver.
3. Press the point Taixi (KI3) with your thumb for 2~3 minutes. Taixi Point is the main acupoint of the kidney channel of foot Shaoyin. Regular massage of this acupuncture point can helpreduce blood pressure.
