People who contract Athlete's Foot usually start to notice symptoms of extreme itchiness or burning, particularly between the toes. A few days after the itching starts, the skin of the foot may start to scale for flake, which is further irritated by constant scratching. As the Athlete's Foot becomes full-blown, skin can crack and bleed and blisters can also form on the affected areas (usually between the toes). Symptoms can last up to 45 days even with treatment, and can continue much longer of left untreated.
If your feet are very itchy and you are seeing progressive scaling or cracking between the toes, there is a good chance you have Athlete's Foot. Unless you have always had scaly / dry skin on your feet, it's probably best to start a natural treatment for Athlete's Foot right away. If you are unsure if you have Athlete's foot, simply consult a physician or dermatologist who will be able to diagnose your condition usually by the initial inspection.
Below are some of the telling symptoms of Athlete's Foot:

--Cracking or flaking of skin between the toes, sometimes painful
--Swelling and blistering between the toes, accompanied by pain or itchiness
--Raw tissue between and on top of the toes, inflammation
--The onset of flaking/scaling/itching on other parts of the body (knees/elbows/groin/armpits) after these symptoms have already attacked the foot area
