Location: This acupoint is located below and 1.5 cun lateral to the spinous process of the ninth thoracic vertebra (see Fig. 78).

Indications: Fatty Liver, ureterectasis, hypochondriac pain, hematemesis, redness of eyes, dizziness, night blindness, depressive psychosis, manic psychosis, epilepsy and pain in the back and spine.
