Location:
This acupoint is located below and 1.5 cun lateral to the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra (see Fig. 77).

Indications:
hot flash, menopausal depression, lumbar herniated disc, stiff neck, pain in the shoulder and back, headache, nasal obstruction, sore throat, cough and fever.
