Guasha Therapy
Head:The holographic meridian: Lateral line 3 of forehead (both sides), the third part of the top of forehead zone and the last third part of the top of forehead zone .
Back:Bladder meridian--From Yiyu (Weiwanxiashu) on both sides to Shenshu (BL23), Yanggang (BL48) then to the Yishe
Abdomen:Conception Vessel--From Zhongwan to Qihai
Upper limbs:Triple energizer meridian--Yangchi on both sides
Lower limbs:Stomach meridian--Zusanli (ST 36) on both sides; Spleen meridian---Sanyinjiao (SP6) on both sides
For the Polydipsia type, both sides from the Feishu to Xinshu of the Bladder meridian should be added besides the five areas mentioned above.
For the Polyphagia type, both sides of the Neiting on the Stomach meridian and both sides of the Lougu on the Spleen meridian are added besides the five areas mentioned above.
For the Polyuria type, both sides of the Taixi on the Kidney meridian are added besides the five areas mentioned above.
Process of Guasha
Take the manual massage or press- scraping with the points. And push-scrap the meridian to catch the pain point,scraping condition, tubercle and other positive reflections, then focus on scraping them.
