He had bad appetite for more than one month, accompanied by stomach distension, sticky taste in the mouth, ungratifying defecation, 1-2 times a day. red swollen tongue, whitish slimy fur and marked peeling in the tongue margins and root, string-like and rapid pulse. Treatment aims to enrich yin and clear heat, activate qi and nourish spleen. The herbs are omitted here.
