[Location] Localized in the supine position, on the anterior median line of the lower abdomen, 3 cun below the umbilicus. (Fig.74)
 
[Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→linea alba→transverse fascia→extraperitoneal fat tissue →parietal peritoneum. Superficial layer, the distribution of the anterior cutaneous branches of the prior branches of the twelfth thoracic nerve, the branches or the subordiantial ramus of the superficial epigastric artery and vein; deep layer, the branch of the prior branches of the twelfth thoracic nerve.
