[Location] Localized in the erect sitting position or in the upward recumbent position, with the palm upwards, on the palmar aspect of the forearm, 3.0 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting PC 3 (Quze) and PC 7 (Daling), between the tendons of m. palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis. [Regional Anatomy] Skin→subcutaneous tissue→between the tendons of the radial flexor muscle of the wrist and the long palmar muscle→flexor digitorum superficialis→flexor digitorum profundus→pronator quadratus→interosseous membrane of forearm. Superficial layer, the branches of the medial and lateral branchial cutaneous nerve, and the median antebrachial vein; deep layer, the median nerve, along with artery and vein.
